"Just took these 2 loaves out of the oven. The whole house smells wonderful. I could not wait until the loaves cooled off before I tried a slice. Bakers privilage, the first warm slice with butter!! Really, really good. We live at 4300 feet so I adjusted the flour by subsituting 1 cup of AP flour with bread flour. Seems to help the rise. Very "
