It was pretty good, except 25 minutes was way too long to bake, especially since the filets I had were a little on the thin side. I added about half the amount of butter and Worcestershire sauce to the sauce and twice the amount of cream (subbed with half and half).

I made this for diner last night, me and my girlfriend loved it! I had to make a few modifications, I only had enough fresh ginger for the first step, so I had to replace the rest with ground ginger. Also I decided to skip grilling the chicken and toss the chicken with the marinade to cook in the curry sauce."
