Giada does it again! This recipe is easy and simple to make, and it is DELICIOUS!!! I didn't have pecorino romano, so I substitued with parmasean. I also used red wine instead of white, but even with the tweaks, it was a home run."

I would not recommend this recipe. I used less eggs than the recipe called for and they still tasted eggy! Although they look nice, I was dissapointed in this recipe."
