I agree wholeheartedly, the comments as in most recipes ranging from 1* to 5**** ultimatley relfect the level of skill/exp. each cook has. Although I disgree with changing ingredients to the point it becomes an entirely difference recipe.

This is an easy recipe with a twist that turned out delicious and looked great too! It is totally ridiculous to not taste food as one is preparing it. Don’t blame the chef, perhaps something was lost in translation --who knows. Perhaps some of you lack the know-how to alter a recipe as needed to taste. Terrible or yuck comments are of no value whatsoever....
