My Activity

Reviewed Thai-Style Halibut with Coconut-Curry Broth

"I love this dish. I used frozen corvina fillets that I bought at Costco, and they worked out perfectly. The sauce is delicious, with a pleasant amount of heat and lots of flavor. It's a keeper!"

Reviewed Spicy Merguez with Spinach and White Beans

"My BFF and I made merguez during our "Sausage Weekend", so we made this dish for dinner in order to properly taste-test the merguez. It's a fabulous dish! I made my own harissa to make the sausage, but ran out when compiling the recipe, so I used the cayenne pepper substitute noted in the recipe. I also used a 2.5 pound bag of spinach from Costco "

Reviewed Spinach and Cheddar Souffle

"This souffle had tons of flavor! I used Cabot Seriously Sharp Cheddar and parmigiano reggiano. This is the first souffle I ever made, and it was very easy. I used a 6 cup souffle dish and it worked fine. I served it with mixed greens and it made a lovely meal. This is a keeper. Thanks, Ina! Another great recipe!"

Reviewed Caramelized Onion, Sausage and Basil Pizza

"This made a delicious pizza. I used white onions and it came out great! We grilled our pizzas, which is a fantastic way to cook them. The sausage and onion mixture can be made way ahead of time, and that's always a plus! Enjoy! Thanks Giada!"

The flesh is not nearly as hard, so I wound up cutting the squash in half and peeling each half with a vegetable peeler. Awesome workout! I like the spice level when 2 T of garam masala are used. Don't forget the ""

Reviewed Silky Cauliflower Soup with Parmesan Crisps

"I followed the recipe for the soup exactly. At first, I put it through the food mill after cooking, but there was too much texture and it tasted like mushy cauliflower instead of soup. After putting it through the blender, it transformed into the silky cauliflower soup it was supposed to be! Absolutely delicious.
