"Oh my! SO SO SO good. Wouldn't call this diffcult but the only problem was that my dough was *extremely* wet. I had to add so much more flour than the recipe asked for. I think I may have added close to 2 ADDITIONAL cups to get it to the consistency that AB showed on his video.

I also added my own touch - some garlic salt to the dough. Definitely"

I made a fourth of the batter only & it came for 4 hotdogs perfectly. I did take the advice of "micspouse" & added some honey & the skewers at the end. Still I am not satisfied & wonder what I did wrong.

"The only thing was the ease of prepping all the ingredients but otherwise it turned out awful. The batter kept spreading out in the oil & was soft & soggy. Had to turn to Sandra Lee's recipe for the same. Sorry Sunny :("

"I am munching on these as I type. Easiest recipe ever. Came out well. I had some trouble keeping the mix from spreading too fast over the oil (I think my oil was too hot), but other than that they were perfect. My kids love me more now."
