Reviewed Leftover Oatmeal Bread

"Followed the recipe to a T, but my loaf collapsed and even after cooking for for an hour and a half of baking, it didn't reach 220 internal temp and I had to toss it because the outside was burned and the center was raw. I double-checked my oven temp and it was set correctly. I think what happened is that when I went straight from the fridge to the oven, the center of the dough mass just couldn't get up to temp.

I'm going to try it again because it really looks good, but next time I'll let the loaf sit for an hour at room temp prior to baking.
