Reviewed Cast Iron Skillet Corn Bread

I tried this for the first time last night with my neighbors as the testers. I served it with homemade apricot jam, and it was a big hit! Sweet, savory, buttery...all in one mouthful. I heated my Calphalon pan over the stove, poured in the mixture, then transferred it to the oven. Next time I'm thinking about serving it with a slightly chipotle-infused...
