Reviewed Udon with Tofu and Asian Greens

We've only made this once -- followed the recipe exactly other than adding garlic and some fresh snow peas. Although we used low sodium soy sauce, we found the dish to be so salty that it was difficult to eat. We'll make it again but will probably cut the amount of soy sauce in half, using water for the other portion. I'm glad we didn't add bro"
