"This is a great recipe, I really like how fast it was too. Instead of the bacon I used a Hillshire Farm link, since it's already cooked I just browned it in the skillet. I also skipped the lemon and used butter. Next time I think I'll used a smaller pasta, like a bowtie. Highly recomend this for a quick weeknight meal.

"Yummy, this is really good mac and cheese. I also swapped out the ham for prosciutto and I really love how the prosciutto is really mild but still stands out amongst the chesses. Mine was a little runny at the bottom after letting it sit for 10 minutes, but by the time I put it in the fridge it had set up.
