An award winning filmmaker and a prolific photographer. I write as well, and am always creative. I put my creativity into my cooking. I also love to run small businesses and have an MBA. I love fine wines, game meats, international foods and all kinds of beer. I have found a way to avoid gluten while still enjoying dining.
Traditional russian borscht, carnitas, quail au vin blanc, venison stew, salmon roe sushi, Syrian ful, flat iron steak, coc au vin, gumbo, gluten free crepes with salmon roe, gluten free blini (Russian crepes) with spicy mango chutney, spicy potato dosa, slow cooked tri-tip, pulled pork and all kinds of grilled foods.
