So easy! So good! I started by taking 2 tbsp olive oil and sautéed leeks, then added the stock and rice. It was perfect. I also sautéed slice baby portabella mushrooms and added at the end with the peas. So worth it."

First I hate fish and I loved this! I did not add salt and only used 1 tsp of Anchovy past. It has the most beautiful taste and finish. We ate with a nice chilled Pinot Grigio and it was a hit!"

This is very bitter or sharpe tasting, I added 1/2 tsp of sugar and put it on hot beans. The dressing really mellows when it hits the warm beans. We liked it and will make again."
