My Activity

Reviewed Pool Table Meatballs

"I first made these several years ago after watching this episode on TV. My family loves them. I made a few changes ... I use olive oil instead of vegetable, turkey meatballs, low fat 1% milk instead of whole, upped the flour a little to compensate for the thinner milk and omit the chives & seasoned salt because they're unnecessary. The Swedish Meatball seasoning comes in a 2-part packet by McCormick in the seasoning section of the grocery store. I've also fixed these for parties and kept them warm in a crockpot. I always get requests for the recipe!
