Reviewed Chocolate Peppermint Pinwheel Cookies
"Time consuming, but worth it! I didn't do peppermint, though. I was looking for cookies to make for a baby shower. So I used more vanilla extract and pink food coloring instead of the peppermint. Totally cute! Could do blue for a boy too. I used pre mixed dry sugar cookie dough and just added the other ingredients called for instead of making the sugar cookies from scratch. I like to bake, but not that much!"
