The first time I tried this dough I found it a bit difficult to work with - nothing like the soft, manageable dough Alton worked with on the show. While tasty, mine was very tough and dense and no amount of resting seemed to help. Living in the semi-arid climate of western North Dakota, I've seen this before, and it usually means I need more water"
