My Activity

Reviewed Parker's Beef Stew

"An ok beef stew, but not the best. Not sure I would put the ingredients/effort towards this recipe again. All the flour was a bit too much...the chicken stock was odd (used beef instead) and the sauce was runny. (I followed the recipe to a tea, aside from the beef stock)

The wine taste didn't bother us, but overall the stew was OK as opposed to good or great. And for all the effort/ingredients, you need great!

Reviewed That's Shallota Flavor Spaghetti

"This recipe is a staple in our home. Really does taste like a big bowl of french onion soup. I don't change a thing...except add more shallots! The more the better!

Reviewed Turkey Chipotle Chili with Pepper Jack Cheese Corn Cake Toppers

"Delicious chili recipe!

The real 'gem' of this recipe are the corn cake toppers...wow! I use these on all types of chili and soups I make. Such a fun idea. Thanks Rachael!

Reviewed Kathleen King's Double Chocolate Almond Cookies

"AWESOME recipe! These flew out of the cookie jar.

For the butter confusion: I used 2 and 1/2 sticks of butter, and they were perfect.

"Delicious! Fall/winter staple in our home. Only change is bacon to start. My husband LOVES this!

Reviewed Homemade Granola Bars

"Perfect recipe! My husband takes the train to work everyday and I always have these (or blueberry muffins) on hand for his ride. He LOVES them as bars, and I love them sprinkled over yogurt. Still trying to get my son into them...

Only thing I change up is the fruits...made them with apricots and strawberries this week.

Reviewed Chicken Parm Meatball Subs

"I find myself making this recipe quite frequently during football season, and it's always a hit with whoever is over! No changes needed, perfect as is!

Reviewed Wingless Buffalo Chicken Pizza

"This recipe is a tradition of my husbands and I. We have it (almost) every Friday night for dinner...for 6 years now! I always tease him that I'm never going to tell him how to make the sauce, he could never leave it!

Only change I do: Double the sauce.

AWESOME recipe Rachael!
