Reviewed Parker's Beef Stew

An ok beef stew, but not the best. Not sure I would put the ingredients/effort towards this recipe again. All the flour was a bit too much...the chicken stock was odd (used beef instead) and the sauce was runny. (I followed the recipe to a tea, aside from the beef stock)

The wine taste didn't bother us, but overall the stew was...

Perfect recipe! My husband takes the train to work everyday and I always have these (or blueberry muffins) on hand for his ride. He LOVES them as bars, and I love them sprinkled over yogurt. Still trying to get my son into them...

Only thing I change up is the fruits...made them with apricots and strawberries this week.
