"This is the best ever pot roast recipe. I prefer the Dutch oven method that only takes a few hours vs the crock pot. I added mushrooms to the recipe and it turned out spectacular. The gravy is also outstanding. I substituted cream of mushroom with roasted garlic and omitted the garlic because that is what I had on hand. This is our new favorit"

"This was the best Pheasant recipe I have ever had. Used wild Pheasant and it was terrific. The Wild Mushroom Bread Pudding was off the chart good. Used 1 Pheasant and then cut the rest of recipe in half. ""
