Not very difficult at all, although I found I had to add more flour than the recipe calls for (even though I did weigh the original amount). I also only had skim milk, so I threw in a couple of tablespoons of buttermilk powder - that gave them a nice, but subtle, tang. I did not proof the yeast, and I also found the first rise did not do too much...
