Darn tasty! We have made this recipe several times and it's always a hit. Here's a hint, too. We make the dressing for the potato salad as written, we only use half to dress the salad. Super tasty. Super easy. The marinade makes the chicken super tender. Served with Ina's Moroccan cous cous, a cucumber and tomato salad and pita. It was very tasty.

Reviewed Pan-Fried Catfish Sandwich with Chipotle-Lime Slaw

Delicious! Made this with only a few modifications and delish! Went with the oven method versus frying, orange roughy versus catfish. We didn't make the sandwich. We think it would also make great tacos. This goes in the winner, winner fish dinner recipe file.

Very good. I made this with a modified version of Guy's catfish with chipotle lime slaw. We added just a hint of horseradish. Yummy without all the sweetness. May try half greek yogurt next time for some of the mayo. It was a hit!
