Love this! Next time I will roast the eggplants to make it easier. Tasted it as it and thought it was great. Added just a little tahini sauce a dill just to kick it up a little but just fine the way it is. Love the show!

I wish I could give this 10 stars! Only thing I did different is cut the glaze in half. More than enough for a 17lb bird. This will now be the way I make my turkey.Oh, and I used PW's brine for 24 hours and let it dry in the fridge for 2 days

I just made this. I only used 1lb ground chicken and doubled the seasoning. Love it! I wish people would not review if you have not tried it. I really could care less about your criticism. See below.

Jessica I just beat the eggs for about a minute. I don't believe it really makes a big difference. I also love cinnamon so I threw in a heaping teaspoon and 1 teaspoon of salt.

This was good. Even better the next day. I was watching food tv and saw them make baba ghanoush so I added tahini to it and fell in love with it! Also make homemade pita chips with salt, pepper and dry oregano and sprayed on some garlic olive oil!

Yum! Love this recipe! I love the dressing too. In August when corn is at its peak I spend a day grilling/cutting it up and freeze it so I have that great taste all winter. Great in almost everything! Even Guacamole. Try the truckie taco salad on this site also. Freezes great! I love the idea of the grilled chicken with taco seasoning.

I have never had pulled pork before. It just did not appeal to me. I assumed it would be dry and stringy. Well, 52 years into my life I made this recipe. I LOVE IT! Only thing I did different is after it brined overnight I put the dry rub on and put it back in the fridge over night. Cooked it at 250 in the oven as is. No liquid, no cover. Wonderful...

This is great! I think the measurement for the milk is off. I used 3/4 of the can and should have used the whole thing. I added some slivered almonds and when it was cooled I melted some chocolate over it. Homemade almond joys!!!

Winner winner chicken dinner! Only thing I did different was the sweet chili sauce. I had from when I went to the Pepper Palace was the sweet n' sassy chili sauce! Nice quick hint of spice to it. I did also saut��� my mushrooms before the rice and added salt and pepper before cooking. Just a little zest of the lemon. Love the idea of shredded zucchini!...

I have been making this recipe for a few years now and I don't really measure. If I had to choose I would go by the show and not here since they tend to make a lot of mistakes with their on line recipes.

Was not sure if I would like the ribs due to the dry rub(never was a fan of it) but Jamies recipes have always been a hit with all that I have made I decided to try it. This is now the only way I will eat BBQ ribs! Did not use the sauce because I already had PW's sauce already made. Great job and love the show! Down to earth! "

Nice! I get to be the 1st for your review! I loved it! I cooked the bacon in the oven to get it nice and crisp and only put a few sprinkles of bacon on top. I chopped up the rest of it and put it in a bowl. Reason for this is because it is for me and the bacon will get soggy by next day.If I were to take it to a party all of it would be on there! "
