Reviewed garden potato salad

This sounded good, so I tried it because all of the ingredients needed were in my home. The salad is crunchy and tastes healthy, potato salad without the 'guilt' if you're trying to cut calories. I did slice a hard boiled egg to decorate the top and sprinkled with paprika.

The only ingredient I substituted was dried dill for fresh. I was looking for a quick and tasty recipe for some leftover boneless cooked chicken breasts, This was delicious and I'll make it again soon. A bit salty yes, but you can always cut back seasonings to your own taste.

Absolutely delicious. With so few ingredients I was sceptical but Giada proved me wrong. I am using the remaining broth for stuffing. This was great on a grilled pita, I'll try it cold with crudite also.

I halved the recipe, and after reading the reviews, added 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice and pressed in some banana chips on top before baking. The bread was perfect after 50 minutes plus 10 minutes rest time. This is a definite keeper! ""

I've never made asparagus but tried this recipe and will make it again! Easy, quick and so good. Thought there would be more leftover than 1/4 of the recipe! Will serve the rest on top of couscous.
