"I made this and took to church, it was a hit. It is just like a giant blueberry muffin with a crumb topping. I could see making this up as muffins. It is not too sweet, just moist and delicious. I did not have cake flour, just sifted the flour multiple times and it worked out great. Good Eats is one of the best cooking shows I have ever seen, ""

About Me

I LOVE TO COOK.  MY MOM BOUGHT MY BROTHER AND I A COOK BOOK WHEN WE WERE ABOUT 8 AND 5.  SHE SAVED SEALS FROM IMPERIAL PUR CANE SUGAR AND WE GO THE COOKBOOK.  THE FIRST THING WE MADE WAS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES. WE USED THE WHOLE BATCH OF BATTER TO MAKE 5 COOKIES, ONE FOR EACH OFUS IN THE FAMILY.  I COOK BY SMELL,  AND RARELY DO I TASTE ANYTHING.  I LIKE TO COPY RECIPES FROM RESTAURANTS, AND HAVE BEEN PRETTY SUCCESSFUL AT IT.
