Retired Military, I live on the central coast of California, and I love to cook. My specialty is Moroccan/Mediterranean. I don't eat pork or shellfish.

Moroccan, Tunisian, Algerian, Italian, Jewish, Greek, etc. I also like currys, and asian cuisine. As a matter of fact... I only have two problems... I love to eat and hate to exercise!
