"This was so good. I loved that it used both meat and cheese for the stuffing. I followed it almost exactly, but I couldn't find veal so I used hot itailian sausage.
Next time I will use a dish larger than 2 quarts, it was too small and I couldn't fit all the sauce on top. Also the Essence seasoning makes a lot. I would say reduce the tablespoo""
