I agree, nothing about the brining process. What a disappointment. No sense listing these recipes if they are incomplete. Anyone remember the exact ingredients/measurements? All I can remember is the salt and sugar. I believe the man said it had more salt than sugar though. The chicken might night need to be brined if you buy a regular chicken...

I fix these ribs, using Paula's recipe exactly, about once a month. It's wonderful. I bet Paula laughed her apron off when she read some people put a whole cup of salt on the ribs. Good grief people. "
