Made these for the first day of school as a nice breakfast item. I altered the recipe by adding vanilla bean, vanilla extract, cloves, nutmeg and chocolate chips. My son rated them a 5! YUM!

First I wish the recipe wasn't so big. I only wanted to make enough for our family to snack on and had to cut it into thirds. I think the 350 degrees is too hot as well. Excellent recipe. I thought the dijon mustard was a little overpowering and took away from the rub so next time I would leave it out and just use as a side dip. I also added some cayenne to the butter, this gave the filo a nice pop.
