Very tasty. We used boneless skinless thighs rather than the breasts and added a bit more garlic and curry. The peas add a nice, sweet contrast to the spicy sauce. We will be making this again!

Reviewed Citrus Salad with Toasted Seeds and Pine Nuts

Bright and flavorful. The dressing was a beautiful contrast to the citrus and lettuce. The nuts added a nice toasty, warm feel to the dish. Definitely a keeper!!
