About Me
I went to culinary school, spent a decade in the food industry, and quit to raise a family. Gourmet cooking is much more fun for me as a hobby and lifestyle than as a profession. Everyone should learn at least the basics. Even cavemen had a handle on sharp things and fire. Don't be afraid of your kitchen.
