Great! I cut the recipe in half to make 2 rolls per person (3 people in the household), and I wanted a little more meat so I used the full 3 oz. prosciutto but also added 1/2 pound of browned ground turkey. Also added 1/2 cup heavy cream to the bechamel, just to make it a little richer. Turned out fantastico!"

Arugula is sometimes difficult to find where I live (10 miles from the Mexico border), but was lucky to find some the first time I made it. Awesome!
