This recipe was iffy for us. We really liked the veggies, which stayed nice and crisp, and were cooked perfectly. The pork was tender, but didn't pick up any flavor from the brief 'marinate' the recipe calls for. And the sauce tastes very, VERY strongly of ketchup. We had it over white rice.

This was pretty good, although I wasn't able to bake the dish and brown the top as well as I'd have liked, as the bottom and sides were starting to get overdone and the center was still too squishy. My husband really liked this, me not so much. While the flavor of the buttery bready bits was fantastic, I discovered that I do not like blackberries!"
