Reviewed Individual Chicken Pot Pies

"This is a great recipe! It is very easy to prepare, but for me the prep time was more like 30 minutes instead of 15, so plan accordingly. I took the advice of some of the other reviews and substituted diced potatoes in place of the pearl onions, and added mushrooms. I also cooked it as one big "pie" and added an extra pie crust. Everything else I followed to the "T" and my filling thickened up nicely. I wouldn't decrease the broth as some people have suggested. Just make sure you whisk in the flour thoroughly before adding the rest of the ingredients. I baked my pie for 1 hour since it was bigger, and I wanted to be sure the potatoes cooked through. My family loved it!
