This is absolutely ridiculous! How many hours should we leave it on the mixer before it actually becomes frosting?? I saw it on Ina's show where she answered an email from a poor viewer looking for a basic frosting recipe. I knew better as I make ganache almost daily but tried it anyway and ended up adding some 10x sugar to get it useable"
