Really easy and very good. You can serve these warm on their own, and if there is anything left, you can toss them over salad later... no need for dressing. You should try it first as written, because her combinations are great. But now if I have leftover herbs that I need to use, I just toss them in too. Very good!"

This was really good. I couldn't find brioche at my local market (HEB so I used their cranberry walnut loaf instead. My family isn't a huge fan of raisins so I omitted those. Left everything else the same, and it is fabulous every time. You can't ask for an easier breakfast! Just put it in the oven and forget about it. Perfect! "

Reviewed Arugula Salad with Bacon and Pecans

The salad is simple but good. The dressing is VERY easy and delicious -- even my kids liked it. This makes a lot so we had this two days in a row (and I feed 6 people each day.) Definitely worth trying. I used a tube of tomato paste rather than opening a can for such a small amount.
