"first time deep frying anything and this was fantastic. pretty easy but be sure you have the right gear, number one a proper thermometer and a cast iron skillet. I will say I spent a two much on ingredients but that is my fault because I buy everything at Whole Foods, but totally excellent. must try it. Oh help full hint, have your chicken pounded"
