Reviewed Chicken Parmesan
"I make this often for me and my girlfriend who is a vegetarian so she gets the eggplant. I of course go with chicken but I do a few changes on this. I pound the chicken flat so it cooks more evenly and i also bake it until crispy. Of course frying it is fun but to take it extra healthy, baking it keeps the oil out of the system. I have made it both ways and actually prefer the baked over the fried. I place it over a bed of whole grain noodles and then it's time to refuel the cells. I love it. Excellent dinner night!

I wish they made an energy drink made of ranch dressing
I bought a bigger table to make my portions look smaller.
