Reviewed Duck Breast with Berry Sauce

This was GREAT!! Robert would probably yell at me for not making it correctly :) But the recipe is so good it still turned out wonderfully... I was canning Jellies and Jams and meant to save some berries for this but forgot. So I used a half cup of Blackberry Preserves and cut the sugar out... And I used chicken... Was great even with the Preserve"
