My lovely wife never let me near her kitchen to cook anything grander than breakfast or a grilled cheese sandwich until I surprised her with a rib roast dinner that was to die for a few years back. Since then she has discovered that I'm a pretty darn good cook. I have honed my culinary prowess to the point where I now do most of the cooking. I love nothing more than dazzling my family and my guests with my dishes. I like to brew my own beer and I love integrating this lovely malt beverage into many of the things I serve.
Favorite Foods
Beer. Did I mention beer? Ribeye steaks. My wife's crab cakes -- they are the best! Fish. Ribs. Wings. Fried chicken. Salads, soups and veggies! Anything not moving.Advertisement
