"Eight-year-old Eli says, "Yummy!" These were pretty darn easy for the two of us to make. We had a little bit of trouble rolling up the dough and flattening it into balls. Very sticky.

We did use the orange zest, and it added a little bit of extra something wonderful. Unfortunately, we didn't have the coarse sugar to sprinkle on top. I think that would have made a bit of a difference.

Will try this one again and see if we can get it up to five stars.
