"NO better way have I found to roast a turkey! In these economic times, most are looking for ways to save and still eat healthy... I certainly recommend this recipe to help with this endeavor. You can even use the frozen, "off brand" turkey that may have been around for a couple of months in the freezer with this recipe, and no one would be the wiser!
