Reviewed Cranberry Sauce

I just made this and it is wonderful! Not too sweet, not too tart. Instead of 1 cup of cranberry I used 1/2c and 1/2c of fresh squeezed orange juice. Perfection! I can't wait to drizzle it all over my turkey.

I've made this 3 times now and it is the most delicious pie I've ever tasted! The prep time does take about 3 hours with deboning the chicken and all the chopping.
