Reviewed Classic Italian Lasagna
"This was not awful, but not what you probably expect when you make a classic lasagna. I'm giving it 2 stars because I wouldn't make it again. I followed Giada's recipe precisely, and seasoned liberally with salt and pepper along the way. Ultimately, the bechamel sauce was too creamy, bland, and didn't impart enough zesty tomato flavor that most of us love about lasagna!
