Reviewed Chocolate Orange Cupcakes with Limoncello Frosting
"I thought this looked easy and I love the combination of orange and chocolate. The cupcake was good, but like others mentioned the pieces of candied orange sunk to the bottom. They were also a little weird in the cupcake, like, "What is this chewy thing in the bottom of the cupcake?" The frosting was soooooo sweet I doubled the butter like others. I also added a teaspoon of orange extract. Overall, they were OK, but I wasn't wowed. One of my nephews tried one bite and spit it out. And he looooooves chocolate and frosting.
