About Me
I love to cook, but more importantly I love to eat awesome food with a nice bottle (yes I said bottle) of wine. Once I find a great recipe, I love to share it with friends. If we're at a dinner party and someone makes something delicious, I always ask for the recipe. I think I can talk to anyone, because everyone loves to eat, and I can talk about food for hours!!! The top few dishes I cook, according to my friends & family, are Spam Fried Rice, Cajun Cheesey Bacon Mashed Potatoes and Pasta Salad. Alright, is this enough stuff about me??? I gotta go cook dinner now. LOL!
