"It needs to be quite altered, twice as much cheese, flour, and maybe three times a much garlic. The sauce won't thicken without more flour or cheese and it's bland without more garlic."

"I didn't have a mixer, (used a fork) a plastic spat, a large mixing bowl (used a wok), a good knife for chopping (bread knife), or 12 oz dark chocolate chunk (used 4 oz milk choc chips). It was very tough but SOO worth it. Made for husband but its fathers bday, theyre so delicious I'm giving them to him! I'll definitely make another batch tomorrow"
