"Very Good! I chopped the tomatoes as many suggested which I agree makes them easier to eat and look even better. Looking at them, no one would believe they are so quick and easy! I made one batch and they were gone in seconds even though I forgot the finishing balsamic and olive oil. Oops! I immediately made a second batch using all ingredients... Delicious both ways!
