Why a 4 because all it needs is a lil kick for perfection....After cutting meat I immediately sprinkled it with fresh sea salt and peppercorn, added a bit of garlic powder and a dash of cayenne pepper. This recipe was amazing. I am not a pot roast or crock pot fan, but my husband loves those meals. I made it and I actually can not eat enough. Make sure you COOL off your broth mixture before putting in blender and do it in small amounts. I thought this recipe was delicious. I used exact measurements and found that it needed a little more broth. Not sure how others thought it had too much. Mine was pretty thick. The flavor is delicious and next time I plan on using just a pinch less of the cinnamon and maybe a lil jalapeno for some Bang. Very hearty....
