"This dish is a nice change from the norm, and it has made repeat appearances at our Turkey Day dinner table. I have modified the recipe by adding a can of pineapple chunks for texture and additional flavor. You also must cook the potatoes longer than directed; more like an hour. The topping is delicious! It is a very sweet side dish--like a desser"
