Reviewed Crunchy Pork Chops with Garlicky Spinach and Tomato Salad Recipe : Nigella Lawson : Food Network

Jul 5, 2014 on FoodNetwork.com

This is one of my favorite recipes for pork chops. I usually increase the mustard and the oregano. I also (as one reviewer suggested) put the parmesan on before the egg wash, and use panko.

This is a great recipe. Very , very tasty. Definitely repeatable. It is somewhat unfair that some of the lowest ratings of this recipe are due to review of the new website and NOT the actual recipe.
I followed the directions exactly, and found that it was important to dry the chicken thoroughly, as mentioned in the tv episode. While the crumbs...

Tasty - and worth the effort. I had never cooked a boneless full chicken leg and thigh before. The butcher at Whole Foods was very obliging and boned 4 for me. The tomato pickle was first - I halved the brown sugar and only used 1 serrano chile (mine were HOT). The result was perfect for me. I'm not a fan of too much sweetness and might cut the su"

This was tasty though a bit on the rich side. My noodles became just a bit too gooey - and I think I will use the regular method to cook them in the future. I did enjoy the tang of the goat cheese in this."

Delicious and not heavy. I cut the portions to make a single serving. My asparagus was on the thick side so I peeled it and cut the stalks lengthwise. I recommend erring on the side of caution and using a little less Thai pepper than called for - just to be sure - they are spicy!""

Very tasty! I had cheddar and blue cheese I needed to use up; the blue cheese was so blue in color that it did turn the rarebit a weird brown color. But I put a bit more cheddar on top before the broiling step and the final product was still an appetizing color. This was a good supper.""
