This was a big hit at my holiday brunch. I used real eggs, regular cream cheese and 1/3 fat cream cheese. I did not use all the egg/milk mixture as it seemed like way too much. I also did not use as much bread as called for as the packages at the store did not come in that size and I didn't want to loaves. And we topped it with real maple syrup..........Good...
