Reviewed salmon cakes

These were excellent! Made just a few alterations to this recipe--needed to put in some breadcrumbs into the mixture to keep it all together, and just made 4 larger cakes. Used 2 pouches of salmon and let the cakes set up in the fridge for about a half hour. I was very impressed and will make again!!

Reviewed Hearty Meatball Stew

Made this last night, after seeing the show over the weekend. Wow! My husband & I loved this! I did a few substitutions- didn't have sausage, so used a ground beef/turkey mix instead for the meatballs. I also doubled the green beans and added some carrots (things I had in my fridge). We really enjoyed this and will definitely make it again!!!"

This dish was excellent! Whipped it up in no time after a long day at work. My only suggestion would be to add some protein- chicken, shrimp, or scallops would be fabulous. I am very impressed- a tasty dinner in no time!""
